Our lives, emotions, and mental and physical status are just the reflection of what is going inside our bodies in terms of energy. This energy flows through 72000 connecting wires known as “Nadis”. There are 114 major intersections of these Nadis known as the “Chakras”. Out of these 114 chakras, two are virtual, and four others are implicated. In the remaining 108 chakras, 21 are needed to be worked on for living a full-fledged physical and social life of fulfillment. These 21 are further grouped into a cluster of 3 to form the Major 7-chakras that the whole world is talking about.
If you want to live a life of fulfillment and serenity, you must understand the energy flow inside your body. Then only can you work on the alignment of the energy chakras and understand the ways your conscious comes in peace with the universe.

जल
(Water Element)
ॐ वसुन्धराय विद्महै
भुताधातराय धीमहि
तन्नो भूमि: प्रचोदयात् ।।
Water is the most prevalent element among all in the human system. About 72% of the human body is water. The presence represents the adaptability of human nature and the serenity and calmness that your conscious holds within itself.
पृथ्वी:
(Earth Element)
The earth element is present up to a level of 12% in the Human body. Earth represents the productivity, patience, and forgiving nature of humanity.
वायु:
(Air Element)
Air consists of 6% of the human system. It presents us with the ability to communicate with the universe & the power of both the Conscious and subconscious mind. It also asks us to be creative & fun and never stop being adventurous.
अग्नि:
(Fire Element)
Comprising of about 4% of the human body, the fire element symbolizes the vitality, invigoration, ferocity, and brio of human life. The presence of fire gives you the ability to burn off and purify all that is impure, incinerate your sorrows, and light up the path to prosperity.
आकाश
(Ether)
The element of Ether is ubiquitous. It only comprises 6% of our bodies, but Ether’s omnipresent nature is what binds everything together at a cellular level. It reminds us of the integrity and leadership that we should have.
